Day 19 of New Year Strict Challenge
Breakfast: none
Lunch: 3 slices of turkey, salad, banana apple muffin
Snack: walnuts & raisins
Dinner: crock pot roast beef & paleo bbq sauce, salad, brussel sprouts, mashed cauliflower, coconut milk
