Day 10 of New Year Strict Challenge
Breakfast: Banana Muffin topped with Almond Butter
Lunch: Cabbage & Italian Sausage, 2 jerk chicken wings
Dinner: Bok Choy, 4 jerk chicken wings,
Snack: 2 banana muffins, almond butter
