Day 13-Leftovers

Breakfast:  Leftover cabbage with bits of beef. Paleo BBQ sauce

Lunch:  Leftover curry & leftover coconut milk blend from yesterday, zucchini muffin

Snack:  handful of pecans

Dinner:  Leftover fajita, salad with avocado, coconut milk blend

Not much happening today.  No new thoughts.
